  • Our homes are pet friendly, and we love our own furry family members. However, for the safety and peace of mind of all our community we forbid a few high risk breeds of dogs; wolf, chow, pitbulls & rotweillers.

  • Utilities are included in monthly rent for our apartment and RV spaces. The house tenants at our flagship property are responsible for gas, heat & electric usage. We do provide basic cable and internet for all properties!

  • We require a security deposit that’s equal to one month’s rent. This deposit is completely refundable after move-out. It is meant to cover tenant damage that might occur during the course of the lease. We understand not all renters have the full amount available upon move-in, so we allow up to two months to fulfill the deposit requirement.

    There is a one time application fee of $30 that covers basic background screening and operational expenses.

  • We base our public pricing on a typical one year lease. We renew leases at least once a year. We are available to talk about your specific needs if a one year lease isn’t right for your situation.

  • Exciting! You’ve found a new home that’s perfect for your needs. Before moving in, expect to pay the $30 application fee, first month’s rent (dependent on the room), and the security deposit.

    If you are renting a house where you are liable for utilities, reach out to the utility providers to have them turned on before your move-in date. We can provide information on how to do this as well.

  • We feel the responsibility to all of our tenants to screen potential neighbors for their background, criminal and credit scores. We prioritize maintaining the safety and community experience of our current tenants.
